Johny Walsh is a writer, SAG-AFTRA actor and voiceover artist, marathon runner, and fiber arts fanatic originally from the Philadelphia area. After she graduated from The Hill School and received her B.A. in Communications from Villanova University, she spent time working in marketing and advertising before moving to Los Angeles to pursue her lifelong dream of a career in entertainment. She has studied screenwriting at USC (fight on!), as well as comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade, The Groundlings, The Pack, and iO Chicago. After a few years of Los Angeles-living, she, once again, invested in herself and moved to Ireland where she obtained her research-driven Masters of Philosophy in Theatre & Performance from Trinity College Dublin. Not only did she get to live in Dublin's fair city, she was also lucky enough to perform internationally in Ireland, England, and Scotland, as well as travel to several countries she first read about in her elementary school library. Now settled back in Los Angeles, she produces a monthly live musical comedy show, auditions regularly, and attends independent film festivals for her short film, "We Were Young."
