Johny Walsh is a writer, SAG-AFTRA actress and voiceover artist, marathon runner, and fiber arts fanatic originally from the Philadelphia area.  After she graduated from The Hill School and received her B.A. in Communication from Villanova University, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her lifelong dream of a career in entertainment. She has studied screenwriting at USC (fight on!), as well as comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade, The Groundlings, and iO Chicago. After a few years of Los Angeles-living, she decided to take a risk and move to Ireland where she obtained her research-driven Masters of Philosophy in Theatre & Performance from Trinity College Dublin.

In addition to marathons, Johny has also run the copywriting gamut. She has 10+ years of marketing experience and has worked for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and a professional sports team. She built her own digital brand from scratch, crafting posts that drive engagement and creating content that goes viral. While she has a penchant for long-form copy and can hold an audience's attention for a 5-minute read, she also understands that Shakespeare was correct - brevity is the soul of wit, especially in digital media. Please think of her as a chameleon, camouflaging herself with brands' voices and converting users into loyal customers.
